The short version

• No accounts, no sign-up.
• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
• The lists, rota, checklist and estimator you create stay in your browser.

Data kept in your browser

The Registry Builder, Care Rota, First Weeks checklist and Team Benefit Estimator save what you enter in your browser’s local storage on your own device. We cannot see it. Clearing your browser data deletes it.

Contact form and early-access sign-up

If you send a message through the contact form or join early access, we receive your email address and your message, if any. They are stored in our private Cloudflare R2 storage bucket, used only to reply to you, and deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask at support@foreverly.co.

Words Desk (AI)

When you use a Words Desk helper, the text you type is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs an open Meta Llama model, to write the answer. We do not store that text. Please avoid including names, addresses or other personal details.

Third parties

The site runs on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and provides R2 storage and Workers AI. Fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself, with no third-party requests from your browser. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete a contact message at any time. You can clear locally saved data in your browser settings.
